A fast paced workout that focuses on strength and conditioning. Functional movements will be performed at a high intensity level. Weights and equipment will be used to add challenging resistance. Minimal rest between exercises will push your cardio to the limits.

Practical application of techniques with a focus on threat mitigation and self defense in the face of real world dangers. This includes considerations of mindset, environment, verbal strategies, open dialogue and a variety of tactical considerations. “Safety favors the prepared.”
